still need help with access codes

Im really getting frustrated. Just got this auto response after days of trying different ways to get help with this issue. Yet again Im sent to a link that ends up asking for a code I do not get!

Hi,

I need some help. I down loaded ESO to my new laptop a few nights ago. And I was asked for an access code that should be sent to my email but after 3 days of trying I never get the access code. I did check my spam folder too. I looked up the problem in the knowledge base and tried adding the contact info and turning off my virus/fire wall. Still no luck. I went to send a support ticket and guess what? It wants an access code to log in as well. LOL Catch 22. Anyway I am stuck. Always before I got the codes ok for my desktop PCs.

    If you have g-mail check the new premonitions box. It sends codes for stuff like what your talking about to the new promotions inbox instead the normal inbox


    So go to inbox and at the top of the e-mail list you will notice 3 tabs marked "primary" "social" and "promotion"

    I use a different Email host but have tried all my folders. I even was going to change my account email but there is no auto web option to do so. Guess you need to do that by ticket too :/

    OK I realize we are into the weekend but this issue is further exasperated by the fact I keep getting other auto emails from Elder scrolls no problem just no access codes that I need. I even left an in forum message to Gina but have heard from no one. ZOS is anyone out there at all?

    So I did as you asked and replied to the auto response email to seek additional help but all I got was the same Auto reply Email sent to me a 2nd time. Email was sent to and from: ESO_Help@helpmail.elderscrollsonline.com

    Any other Ideas?
