So they gonna release 64 bit Client for Mac but PC users can wait till next DLC ? Fall 2016 ?

Looks like @ZOS_GinaBruno uses a 2H Mace because this Troll post just got Wrecked.....
The 64-bit client for PC will be available in the next PTS incremental patch, not the next DLC.

I'm have two questions about 64bit client version.
#1: Do new client will use more then two CPU cores?
#2: Do new client will use more RAM then ~2GB?
    Still waiting for Sithis.

@ZOS_GinaBruno ok so just downloaded the new patch for the PTS. When I launch the game through the launcher, it launches the 32bit (i can see it in task manager as 32bit).
If i go to Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online PTS\game\client ans launch eso64.exe nothing happens. I tried running eso64.exe as administrator but again nothing happens.

    I am running windows 10 64bit

It would be pretty pointless if it didn't. But, then again, this is ZOS we're talking about here.

Can anyone tell me the benefits of a 64 bit client and will my client auto update when the patch goes live?

You probably should've told this in the news or something, not just in a random post. Seems like all the most important information must be dug out of the random, almost hidden posts. @ZOS_GinaBruno

All this waiting has been for another DLC that I can't and won't pay for. Who knows how long we have to wait for the client now. (Not paying for stuff until the game gets out of its current state, which can only be referred to a game in its alpha.)

I have not invested that much time into the game. I can leave and switch to a game with customer support and where there are no 8-hour maintenances that only bring the game down more. Which are kinda embarrassing for you, really. But the team doesn't even know that word, does it? :P
    Literally eat my assflaps.

    Uninstalled.
    Time wasted: 6 years.

The current plan is to release the 64-bit client during the first incremental patch once Thieves Guild goes live (which will likely be a week or two after), rather than the day it goes live in order to minimize potential risks since this is a pretty big change.

In other words, you guys haven't tested it yet - oh well, I just hope you will not break the game once you will finally launch it.

Maybe if you paid attention, you'd see that this was being tested on the PTS.

I read between the lines - if they are not confident enough to push it out now, they have not tested it enough yet.

Just to update, the 64-bit client will be available later today with the update, but you will need to manually launch it as you did on the PTS. We have a couple outstanding issues, but have some fixes that we'll be implementing sometime this week.

This thread is about the 64 bit client on the PTS. It was pushed out and tested and currently works there. Do you have any indication that it won't be available for the Live server later today?

ETA: Gina just said it definitely. It's happening today.

By "manually launch" you mean go into ESO folder and find the 64bit .exe and hit that?

This are really nice news, in today's live patch the FPS issues affecting the PTS where resolved?

If it is not too much trouble, can you Dev folk put up a precise guide as to where we can locate this? I've been checking both under the launcher, EU, NA, PTS folders, even the same folder my old launcher is in (The one I've used since the start of the game), yet I cannot find any new 64bit launchers.

And yes, I have finished downloading.
