It's not passing the buck if it's true.
As Wheeler's explained before, he's in charge of the rules and systems for PvP. Actual abilities belong to Wrobel - doesn't matter where those abilities happen, whether it's in Cyrodiil or PvE spaces.

✭The current state of PvP is no individuals fault. ZOS simply does not have the financial resources required to develop, balance, and fix the game properly. If they did, they would have.
The real question is..... who is responsible for putting the stair scaffolding at the gates right in the middle of the pathway?

One year and a half later, we have still lag making the game unplayable.
Heals from healers still don't priorise your group.
AoE damage cap still exist, allowing zergballs to rule and lag the lands.
Tanks still don't have access to a useful guard skill to protect their group.
Unbreakable CCs still ruin the game.
Lack of alliance skills allowing to CC the massive zergs.
Game breaking bugs last for weeks, monthes before being fixed : endless combat bug, multiple camouflaged hunter proc bug, greyed bars stuck in sprint bug, etc...
May I continue ?
I'm tired up of trying to recruit people for my pvp team because so Much people are leaving the game due to all those pvp bugs/lags.Edited by Sarousse on November 6, 2015 8:34AM0
