Odds are this will end up being locked because they don't allow these types of posts on the forums. Check on Facebook. There are plenty of groups that focus on sharing traits for researching, or helping craft weapons and armor. ESO Trait Share Initiative is one of my favorites, however there are other groups specifically for PS4.
