How long does ESO telephone support take to answer?

I have tried 3 times to contact teleport support via these 2 numbers: 678-460-4893 and 844-936-4629
I was left listening to music for 45mins, 15mins and 1hr 18mins without ever reaching a human being. (I had to go do stuff in real life so couldn't just leave it).
So since I am not allowed to express my frustration on this forum (previous thread deleted), can somebody tell me how long I should expect to wait before being able to speak to a human being at customer support?
