Constant Crashing

After 2.0.11 I log in 2 mins later crash to desktop, log in crash within a minute, log in and crash again

I just opened a provisioners pack from a writ and instant CTD

for me its talking to a vendor.

a couple vendor ALWAYS crashes, some other doesn't.

brewer and chef always crash, but merchant and blacksmith so far so good.

I definitely would agree, however the two different provisioners packs I tried only had green recipes in them, but the second it opens to see contents I crash -_-

I've logged in twice and crashed when opening the guild store menu at the bank, both times.

CTD when hovering over/scrolling past a stolen recipe in one character's bag - so I can't even click on it to destroy it. CTD when opening guild bank and getting to a particular ingredient.

ETA - repairing launcher did not help

For me the crashes seem to happen every time I hover over a recipe in my bank or inventory. To confirm I just disabled ALL addons, opened my bank, hovered over items in the bank list until I hit the first recipe: Summer Sky Pale Ale recipe - CRASH. Its not random, it happens on other recipes consistently too, and on all my characters.

CTD every time my character:

Speaks to an NPC, particularly a banker.
Opens inventory after logging on.
Scrolling over more than 1-2 items in inventory, if inventory actually opens. Regardless of the items, game crashes on loading the third item's tooltip.

So currently crashing about every 15-20 seconds. Disabling all add-ons and restarting the game/Windows makes no difference. Character has fish and a recipe in inventory, if that's relevant.
