Torug's Pact bonus not applying to Master Weapon enchants

As the title states, the 5 set of Torug's Pact is not working with Master Weapon enchants. I sent in a ticket in November to a special team member and he said he would forward it to his colleagues to get it fixed, and to keep my eyes peeled in patch notes. It's now been two, maybe three patches since then and I haven't seen anything on the matter.

On top of this, I also submitted a ticket about the Master's Bow enchant not working at all, and was told something to a similar effect as the previous, yet there has been nothing in forums or in notes. Can we get a confirmation that these are actually being worked on instead of just brushing it off?

I understand that a lot of work has gone into getting 1.6, but as an end game player who has had nothing but the same content for 2-3 months, to finally get a prized item only to have it not work, is beyond words for disappointing.

    Hello! While we do not currently have an ETA on the Torug's Pact bug I do assure you it is with our engineers being resolved. The changes for the -of the Master set should have been resolved with the recent patches.

    On a related matter. Why do the master weapon drain charges in 10 mins while doing PvE fights?
    I do not mind so much but its a huge drain compared to before update 6.

    Is the new drain on Master weapon charges intended or a bug?

    @Cogo , the enchantment is consumed each time you use the affected ability. Master's weapons are not under the restriction of an internal cooldown like other enchantments. On the same note, Master's weapons still apply their respective enchantments without any charges; you never have to charge a Master's weapon. But running out of charges does remove the unique glow effect like all other enchantments.

    Fair enough. But they did not drain even close to this speed pre Update 6. Was this because the effect didn't work?

    Master effect works without the charge? How?

    I did not own a Master's weapon prior to 1.6.0. The information I have provided is from ingame testing with my own Master's weapons, the Master's Dagger and Master's Sword, specifically. Both apply their effects regardless of the weapon's charge.

    The speed at which the charge drains is dependant upon how frequently you use the altered ability. I have used my Master's Sword for several weeks without a drop in charges because I did not use Puncture or its morphs. Prior to those weeks I used Puncture frequently and the charges drained rapidly. Light and Heavy attacks do not activate the enchantment, nor consume a charge.

    The rate of charge usage is dependant upon how frequently the morphed ability is used. The charge only affects the weapon's glow effect, the enchantment effect runs without charges.

    Is this still on your list? It's 1 1/2 years now. Not working on PTS either btw.

    Yeah it's frustrating, I found a lot of threads about this and they always stated that it's getting fixed, but that can't take so long, can it?
    I don't even think it would be a big deal to change it, Infused is working as intended, they just need to copy-paste it and change the value.

    Still bugged! Applies to tooltip, but doesn't apply to the actual skill or the passive stat increase. Maelstrom Weapons are unaffected in both tooltip and actual skill.

    Theres been worse cases in the history of ESO, so don't be so surprised, one example is the nirnhoned bug on armor a good while back. Basicly you only needed 2-3 nirn armor pieces on your gear and you would be at the hardcap for spellresistance and taking much less dmg from spells/magicka skills with little to no sacrifice. @Wrobel himself acknowledged this bug after like 3 months of it being on live, and saying it is on the horizon to be fixed...4 months after that statement ....it was fixed. :'(

    This is who you are dealing with. The efficacy of this games developers is staggering...negatively.

    For me the Torug's Pact works perfectly fine with Master Sword. Here.
    No idea about Maelstrom Weapons though.
    Maybe the intention was if they were afected by Torug's Pact, they would be way too OP.
    I mean with Infused trait + Torug's wouldn't be +60% in total dmg? :o

    Didn't you read the part of the bug report that the tooltip for master weapons changes, but the actualy dmg (or healing) doesn't?

    Not placebo but real effect but you can keep talking if you want... checked few minutes ago with 3 giants, quickly dropped my health from 35k to 15k and then hp was back up in just 4 taunts. With DK shield in 3 taunts. My tank has no other healing abilities since he rely on the Sword, so it's working as intended.

    Here the numbers on screen:
    +/- 6141 healing with each taunt with Igneous Shield's Major Mending

    I honestly really cannot relate with your post of "proven" please make a vid of this test @Gargath Now try that with a Vma weapon. And please as stated above dont look at the tooltip only.

    I can't try that with a VMA weapon since I don't have any yet. I could make a proof only regarding Master Sword as it's the only Master weapon I have.
    Now, don't you really see with your eyes the numbers of healing I got with each taunt? I won't make a special video just to make you happy. Check the numbers close to the left foot of the giant that stands in a center of my above screenshots. What other proof do you need?
    My Sword does 5111-6141 healing with each puncture/taunt. How could it heal so high without being affected by Torug's Pact and other buffs? Basic healing of the sword is only 2460 (with infused). If you calculate buffs just like I did in above posts, you will see that the Torug's Pact does apply correctly to Master Sword enchantment, and that matches with ZOS' reply above - it's been resolved at least for Master Sword.
    Now may others check for VMA weapons.
