    How is the justice system implemented at ZOS? If someone steals your pencil or coffee mug do you get a bounty and does someone come and hunt you down? That is . . . if you get caught!

    I know, it takes awhile, just take a chill pill...here, take two, they're small. <Arena25 takes a bottle of chill pills and passes them around the room, starting with AngryNord>
