I cannot leave the Tutorial (Wailing Prison)

Every time I do the Tutorial, I get the the point where I am going to Tamriel but when I ascend into the portal the next area loads for about One Minute then Crashes to Log in before it loads next area (i.e. Glenumbra). I cannot proceed, I have tried Multiple times with one and more characters. It always Crashes at the same point and tells me to try again but never works, At this point all it's doing is eating up my Subscriptiion.
