I can't enter the City Of Ash

I can't enter the City Of Ash group dungeon; when I press E to enter my character animates to open the gate and the screen goes blank for a second or so; when the screen returns I'm still stood outside of the gate to the City Of Ash. Logging out and quitting/restarting does not solve this. Is there any way I can get into the dungeon?

kushal✭The other alliances can complete this dungeon after first running through their own level 28-31 dungeons: Crypt of Hearts and Arx Corinium.
But i have done them both. maybe my dung lvl was set to vet and it didnt work because i havent done the Crypt of Hearts and Arx Corinium in vet.0 -

kushal✭and if u want to do it in vet mode then i think you have to do Crypt of Hearts and Arx Corinium in vet mode first or be at a certain lvl.0

GrimMauKin✭✭✭✭I'm playing this as part of Cadwell's Gold having started out in the Ebonheart Pact, so yes, this would be veteran level. I did notice somewhere along the line about the next update providing a veteran level City Of Ash but didn't really pay much attention to it. That's correct, currently there is not a Veteran version of City of Ash. It will be released with Update 5, which is currently on the PTS!1
