No acknowledgement of Bug Reports made in PVP

I've noticed in other threads with regards to the current issues with Game Performance in Cyrodill, that others are also not getting any replies for their bug reports.
Are Zenimax receiving these? Or is the performance so bad that even Bug reports are not being sent!?
If they are being received why are we not even getting the normal automated reply?
Are there to many being sent that your current system cannot cope?
Can we expect any improvements, or have you not been receiving the bug reports and are currently under the illusion that all is rosey in Cyrodill?

When you send a bug report, you will not receive a reply or an automated confirmation, as it goes straight to our developers for review. If you need more immediate help and would prefer that a member of customer support responds to you, we ask the you use the /help command to submit a ticket.
We really do read, review, and test every single one of your bug reports. We understand it may not seem that way when the thing you reported doesn't appear on the patch notes. While a bug may be highly prioritized based on its impact, it may also require more time to fix based on it's severity.
We are aware of the issues in Cyrodiil and we are working towards improving the experience there. We appreciate your patience in the meantime, and appreciate any bugs or feedback that you provide in the game!1 -

✭I would imagine that some by now don't make great reading due to peoples mounting frustration with the Performance in PVP now.
It would also be good to get actual full response from ZOS on the current issue with Performance in Cyrodill, so far there has not been any satisfactory response. Only the usual, "we are looking at it" which for most is not really good enough considering how bad the performance now is.0
