Installer stops at 99%

Hello!
I've checked some of the topics but I couldn't find exact same problem as mine. I've bought the game from a store, started with installation and bam: the installation freezes at 99% - Installing the Uninstaller.
I've tried to re-install about 4 times and it always stops at 99% and if I open my task manager it says that the process is not responding. Could it be some Java problem or something? I've already paid my subscription so I'd really like to make it work.
If someone could help me, I' appreciate it.
