I don't think that's entirely fair. The game itself is excellent and there are many threads where people are saying as much.
The communication from ZOS is awful: sporadic, unstructured, hit and miss in terms of target etc. It's just really weak when compared to the legitimate expectation one has when considering comms from a company one is buying a service from.
People speaking up about this on a forum is one of the few ways they can ram this point home to ZOS, in order it improves.
Remember, people are paying a sub so they actually ARE entitled.
