If you don't get any access code, please follow these steps:
1. Check the spam folder.
2. If the address is from a Gmail account, check the Social and Promotion folders.
3. If using a firewall or antivirus, disable these temporarily before completely logging out of the game client and trying again in 10 minutes to have a new code sent.
4. If none of the above fixes helps, players should contact Customer Support.2 -
