Patch 1.2.3: Broken Quest "Silent Village"

After patch 1.2.3, the quest "Silent Village" is broken:

After dispelling the monoliths, the binding gem cannot be used on a weakened bear, because the bears do not attack and cannot be attacked.

Bug: Dispelling the monoliths only reactivates the wolves, not the bears.

Please fix this as a completionist broken quests like this are very disappointing. Also experience in the VR zones is already terrible, not having a quest for XP is VERY BAD given how little XP doing the solo VR zones provides.

I just don't get why it would be so hard to fix things like this when it worked fine since beta. It looks like yet another case of something that wasn't broken being changed for no apparent reason, and then the changes not being tested prior to the patch release. I'd hold the people responsible accountable for their screw-ups, if it were up to me. They make the entire game look bad.

Seriously if something works why the hell u touch it?With my alt now that im playing the game for second time, already found Spindleclutch not working and now this quest.Dont mess with things that work perfect.Go fix the NB invisibility or something.

Because they didn't touch it? Because complex programs like this have a huge amount of interdependancy between various parts, and changes can have completely unforseen effects.

Here's a fact. Back during WOW's early years (during Burning Crusade actually), Blizzard found a bug with a certain quest mob in the Barrens. I believe it was an escort quest where the NPC wasn't pathing correctly. So they fixed it in a patch. That fix also broke the Illidan raid encounter.

I am up to level 15 in AD I have two broken quests. If this keeps up I am going to unsubscribe until they fix the game. I am not paying for something that does not work.
