When I try to login all I get is a black window

Hey there, @guerrilla01‌. This issue may be related to the new fullscreen mode that we introduced. Please try the following:

Navigate to C:\Users\Username\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live
Locate the file UserSettings.txt and open it with Notepad
Locate the line starting SET FULLSCREEN_v5 - it will be set to SET FULLSCREEN_v5 "2"
Change this to SET FULLSCREEN_v5 "1" and save the file
Restart the launcher and hit Play

There isn't a folder in my Users folder named Username.

erm...

"Username" is not the name of the folder...it is YOUR "Username". The one that you use to login to your computer.

i.e. C:\users\This is the name I use to login with, and as a result this entire folder path gets created\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live

usually...when you login in to your computer...all you would need do is look in your "My Documents" or "Documents" folder located on the desktop, or in the "Start" panel.

and you will see the Elder Scrolls Online folder

I looked in Documents and must have passed over it so I got confused. My bad. Thanks @ZandrexVexx, but it didn't work.

Check in the usersettings file again.
If you can see a line: SET RequestedNumThreads no matter what number is behind it, replace that with these 2 Lines: SET RequestedNumJobThreads "-1"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "-1"

Had that problem after 1.1.2. This is what helped some with the issue.

SET FULLSCREEN_v5 "2" from "2" to "1" (windowed fullScreen)

SET RequestedNumJobThreads "-1"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "-1"
-to:
SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"

In video settings i turned VSync On

Some can use the launcher and some have to launch from eso.exe. Try with launcher and if it still doesn't work, try using eso.exe to launch the game. I hope this helps.

now all I have to look at is
