Hey there, erm well i seem to be getting an error with my meta-file during the download of the latest patch on the game. Its really quite the pickle and id highly appreciate any assistantance provided to help sort the problem as im about as endowed with computer knowledge as a trout is with etiquette. Much Obliged for any assistance you could/can/will provide

    As indicated in our article:
    102 – Realm Reservation timed out

    Indicates an issue with the client patcher itself. Affected players will need to restart their patchers. This issue should be fixed now, for players still experiencing this error, we invite you to contact our Customer Support team and provide them with a DxDiag file.

    If you already created one, please provide us the ticket number.

    Ive clicked the Gear and then the about tab, but the only option i get to click on there after is Gs tool. And after using that nothing happens. Have I done something wrong?

    Right ive got a DxDiag file, can i pass it over to someone by email etc for miander through it to see if some solution can be attained please. Ill give you a fiiiiver?

    If you already have a ticket opened, we suggest that you reply to the last mail from the customer support team and attach the DxDiag to the e-mail.

    If you have not opened a ticket, you can either attach the DxDiag here, we will then pass it along to our specialized team, or you can create a ticket and copy paste the content of the DxDiag file in the description.

    They will tell you to remove certain files and so including adding a dx diag and comp specs, blah blah.

    Just log into the patcher- switch to the opposite mega server (NA/EU) let it patch for a sec or run a repair. Then log out and switch back to preferred mega server, run repair and log in.
    -
    If all else fails, uninstall and re-install. It will save you the goose chase and uneeded fixes that wont work.

    You may also be told it has to do with addons and it does not. Addons are post launcher.
