I thought I would ask if anyone else is having any problems with their subscription as this seems like a very odd 1 to me.
At the end of our free time my subscription renewal went through fine, for some reason my boyfriend's did not. He got an email saying that his recurring subscription had been processed...for 1 dollar. When the bank tried to pay the 1 dollar the transaction promptly failed because it was less than was required by Zenimax for the service.
OK he thinks to himself, no problem, I will just go do it manually, must have bugged out. He goes through to set up his recurring subscription again, gets to the last page...on the left it shows the correct amount to be billed, in the box on the right it shows 0 (zero) dollars. It does this no matter what payment option he chooses other than paysafe.
So I went to my account page and went through as if I was going to change my subscription and get the same thing happen. Wants to charge me zero for the recurring subscription, even when am increasing it to 3 months etc.
He has put in tickets, has spoken to them on the phone, and basically they just tell him the problem is at his end. Not sure how exactly we are causing the account page to charge an incorrect amount or how to fix it.
So....is anyone else having trouble?
