faulty 60 days game time card, how to fix this?

bought 2 of those 60 Days prepaid game time cards today, problem is when i scrathed the first card to reveal the game time code the numbers also went away so that card is not useful. why on earth you have to put on the grey cover on the numbers.
so my problem is i have a non useful 60 Days card and one more card i do not dare to try to reveal the code and risk to lose that code also.
so how do i get a new replacement 60 Days time card,will you accept that i mail a photo of the broken card?
also please do insert instructions here on how to scratch of the grey cover the code so i dont loose thoe other card also

Argruna✭✭✭What did you use to scratch the card with? Seriously. I am looking at at 60 day time card right now and the grey area? SCRATCH OFF GENTLY w/COIN in big letters. Did you use a freaking key or something? You can return it to the retailer you bought it from for a possible exchange if the company rules allow but you will need a receipt. Also the grey is there to prevent theft. Much like you shouldn't buy food and that if the seal is gone, you shouldn't buy a card if the grey has been scratched off. -
dasile✭i bought the game time cards from the Swedish retailer www.webhallen.com and they do not replace faulty cards as they say its up to you to replace it.
i been a long time customer there at webhallen and always been happy to buy stuff from there but i will not buy anymore stuff from them.
so, im screwed with that faulty card and the 2nd 60 Days card i havent scratched yet i will give away for free to the first one who give me a bulletproof scrathing method.cant be bothered with the game now -
Tatuaje✭✭In days of past I used to take some tests for a course that you "scratched" off the answers like a lottery card. "Some" of the students would get a second answer sheet and remove all the scratch off material with a light usage of lighter fluid or goof off and easy rubbing. It never damaged the lettering under the scratch material......... YMMV.

dasile✭got a reply, gamecode worked. well zenimax @ZOS_AmeliaR you really need get this stuff worked out with your retailers so they can act properly.
