War Horn/Sturdy Horn Buff Caster as Well?

The ability [War Horn] reads:
"Increases Max Magicka and Stamina of nearby allies by 20% for 27 seconds."
This ability seems awesome. I was wondering if anyone with the ability can confirm that is buffs the caster as well as nearby allies?
I want to make sure the caster benefits from the spell as well as his allies before I invest the time to get rank 4 in Cyrodiil. Can anyone confirm?

chaosme✭✭✭It buffs yourself. At least War Horn does. Still at War Horn III so unable to confirm if Sturdy Horn does but it should.0 -
chaosme✭✭✭Just managed to morph the skill to Sturdy War Horn and can confirm that you also get the full benefits.0

JDar✭✭✭✭✭It takes forever to build up the Ulti points but War Horn is powerful in battle, with its aggregate bonus across your nearby allies. I have seen it change the tide of a battle that was on the brink many times and I always keep it on my second bar in PvP.
