For two weeks already, one of my accounts works flawless while other one "my main account" runs into constant issues. Error here, error there, 301, login time outs, constant crashing, can't play main character while every other works fine.

Other account never had any issues- my bro who plays next to me doesn't have any issues either. Just my main account is like flagged to be trolled by server.

I canceled my sub, I have sent few tickets, I have done everything that was posted regarding each error and nothing helps. I couldn't play on my main account more than 55 hours total over a month period- I'm a devoted gamer, I got active youtube channel it's something I do for "living". Over a decade I have been gaming, playing tons of mmorpgs. And it's sad to say that this is first game where staff is completley ignorant about issues. I got feeling like you guys hired bunch of college boys who got 0 IT experience, 0 developing experience.

Sure other games have issues- but at least they are fair and refund your wasted time. While ZoS staff is strongly against this, and lets be honest timed out, fail logins, errors are on your end. Not ours and don't dare to tell me or any one else it's ours because it is not. If 2 accounts on same IP adress, and two PC's next to each other work fine, while 3rd game refuses to run on ANY PC- then I'm sure it's on your end.

55 hours played out of a full month time, do you realise what kind of ripp off this is? Why should I stay and continue paying when you don't even want to solve issues that are there since god damn beta?

Did you beta test nothing? Tell me, please whats wrong with you?

Even if all of these issues go away I will not resub, because you literally don't deserve any kind of money. Not letting me play for almost week and a half now is utter crap, don't you read the damn forums every one is complaining, and some people can't log on for two freaking weeks now. This is money stealing, idk about US constitution laws but here at EU you can be easly sued by any one due your ignorant policy where you take peoples money and don't provide jacks in return.

And tell me why does majority of your issues pop up around when there is maintance at US? And we at EU have to suffer because of it? Don't sell me fog because it's clear by now that both of your "mega servers" are hosted at same place- hell if not on same freaking server.

    Regarding the errors you encountered, they can be caused by several different factors, the computer you are using, the settings of your internet connection, the hardware of the PC, bugs, trying to login during a maintenance.

    While we understand the frustration generated by these errors, I can assure you that our teams work very hard to minimize their impact and solve every single issue players are facing.
