Banned for no reason

About a week ago, was banned from ESO for no reason, with no warning whatsoever. After creating a trouble ticket explaining the issue, I was told a team was working on the situation and that they would be in touch if there was an update.
A week later and nothing except for a notification of 7 days of game time (Great!!)
Except I still can't play the game because at some point ESO decided to delete my game on my account (Imperial Edition refunded still haven't seen the money on my account) then they gave me 7 days of free game time......
ESO deletes my game (without telling me) to solve banning me for no reason, then gives me free game time for a game I no longer have thanks to them.
