Favor for Lady Arabelle – Soulshriven Tower quest disappears from Journal after traveling

After completing the previous 19 Favor for Lady Arabelle quests, I accepted the Soulshriven Tower Favor.

The quest is accepted normally and appears in my Journal. However, every time I use a Wayshrine or travel to the location or another zone (including Stormhaven), the quest disappears completely from my Journal as if I had never accepted it.

I have to return to take quest again. The issue happens every time and is 100% reproducible.

I also tested with addons disabled, and the issue still occurs.

This happens to me too. I take the quest, read her letter. The quest sends me to a small area in Stormhaven at Soulshriven Wayshrine. As soon as I leave Glenumbra (by Wayshrine or even by walking into another map) the quest disappears. This happens even if you don't travel to Stormhaven directly. I tried a Bangkorai wayshrine. The quest disappears as soon as I'm not in Glenumbra anymore.

After accepting the quest, I already have a letter from her in my quest inventory (non readable). Then I read the letter and I get second quest item with no icon (just the red "?" icon) and an empty tooltip.
