Just to preface, this is not the "audio lag" or "audio desync" issue that was previously reported.
I've experienced this on both servers after today's update, as have many of my friends. Not sure exactly what is causing it, seems to just happen randomly during combat.
Abilities stop making sound full stop. My abilities, enemy abilities. The only abilities that still make noise are ground targeted skills like DK's fire keeper. Weaving still makes sound as well, and all other ingame sound effects seem to work fine. This is extremely disorienting. This seems to happen most frequently when fighting werewolves, and I noticed it occurring precisely when I was stunned by their fear, although it also happened on a few occasions where I wasn't stunned by that specific skill.
The only "Fix" seems to be changing zones, /reloadui and using transit shrines/keep recall stones within cyrodiil does not seem to fix it.
This means if the bug occurs while in cyrodiil, the only "fix" is to relog - likely booting you from the cyrodiil campaign and forcing you to deal with the queue again. This bug was occurring as often as every 15 minutes during tonight's 2 hour session.
Here is a video showing 6 different examples from just two hours of gameplay. Sorry for the bit of background noise - was either chatting on discord or listening to streams in the background. I've gone ahead and slowed down and labeled the precise moment the bug is triggered, and numbered the 6 different clips for ease of sorting.
