Unable to upgrade to Tamriel Tome Premium

I’m having trouble upgrading the Tamriel Tome to either of the Premium versions. I click on the Tome page in-game, click on the upgrade buttons, and it tells me to link a payment method. I have a linked payment method - I’ve ESO+ since it was made available, unbroken, and my account page shows a payment method is linked.
Is this a bug? Is there another way to buy the upgrade? If so I can’t see one.
I’m doing my level best to give this thing a chance, so I’d appreciate any advice @ZOS_Kevin or @ZOS_GinaBruno

✭I managed to fix my issue my going into my account page and clicking "CHANGE SAVED PAYMENT" then adding the payment details again.
I was then able to go back into the game and upgrade from the Tomes UI.
