I like that now you cant tp to cyrodil if you have more than 100 but you can still just port to cp/ non cp imperial city? Is that a bug? Kinda defeats the purpose of this new change

ImPoStier✭✭This should be reverted, people go into IC when they are waiting for their cyrodiil queue now that’s not possible so it makes IC more dead2
