Crown Store Snow Bear

Now I may have this all wrong and, if so, ignore me. From what I read, the snow bear mount should not have been in the crown store so, if you bought it, it will be removed and the crowns refunded. If this is so, does any one know if the refunds have been made or if you can check when you bought it as the window for refunds is only one day.
