First time in my memory "End-of-Year Letters to the Community" by ZOS contains really meaningful information and not only self glazing.
It is really promising to see this.
As I said in topic title this is a first step to improve the game and I believe everyone here wants the game to be better and live a long life.
What are your thoughts? Is this just a PR stunt or real self-reflection with good intentions to fix everything.

p.s. I'm also curious about all that white knights reaction on this, they always told that game in perfect state and everything is amazing, subclassing has no issues and writhing wall is really "the best event in history of mmo"
