Can't finish introductory quest in Vengeance

You can't finish the introductory quest in Vengeance. As soon as you go to learn how to repair siege, you'll get a *training repairing kit*. In Vengeance you're unable to slot it and can't finish the quest.

    if i'm not wrong, you cant do any quest in vengeance
