Main quests, quests from other areas and guild quests ...gone!

I have sent many support tickets, I have done all they asked now I have a totally broken game.
Since the last patch all my quests except the 'a lasting winter' quest have disappeared (see picture) I need to do this areas guild quests to get enough XP to battle general endare.
All link throughs are totally gone as are past quests Etc.
This only affect my Bosmer main toon not any other and is showing on both my pcs.
I have repaired the game, although this seemed to do nothing.
The customer ''support'' are hopeless..

dcorc✭I have been trying to contact them now for several days. Despite putting in requests for phonebacks, they are answering by email. Each time, the email reply is signed with a different name, and each time they are simply saying it has been escalated.
It has proven impossible to get a MEANINGFUL response, which actually tells us whether anything is being done, and whether there is any progress towards actually resolving the problem.

We ARE paying for this, after all.
