Every time I switch servers on the loading page the light on my black keyboard extinguish. I either have to use the torch on my cellphone to type my password or quit and restart the game. Is there a way to stop this from happening ?

Have you tried turning off the ESO app in the Razer software? Razer has an app that will control the lighting of your Razer products. Look in the Synapse software and disable the ESO app.0 -
