Am i just this dumb regarding gifting?

I tried my luck again with the permission to ask for gifting.
And got again denied... With the exact same reason and now i would like to have a other person look at this from the ZOS team...
Answer i got:
3rwlunbz4bx8.png
But then we continue, on my previous ticket i even added more proof and screenshots that i am damn active for sure on this game....
Even showed the proof that i am basicly ranked below a GM in 1 of the biggest EU guild community's in all 5 of their guilds.
But still they give this excuse?
Here some example i sended as proof:

qtymnfzp7qvn.png

Only "inconsistent" gameplay i had was a few days not online due to being in hospital after being hit by a car. But short after that i was already straight back onto ESO.

Am i just plain stupid or what can it be? Cause i am just about to give up with this :/
Ticket in case needed for a other look of someone... 250708-002466
Can also discuss further with me in private if needed.

Yea you look a bit shady, with that chefs hat....

But yea, this gifting thing is weird.... i get that they want to stop gold sellers and such, but that account clearly isn't a seller burner account....

Thing i noticed "Or be active in a ingame community" Are you a member of any guild? it'd be a bit silly if gifting is locked behind being a guild member, but who knows.

Haha i am so shady yea with my chef hat
I understand that also completly! This is clearly no burner account... I am not that stupid  Spended way to much money on crowns to have the stuff i want from the crown store XD

I am basicly a "officer"in 5 guilds of that ESO community. Officer is basicly a "rank" below the guild master of the guild rankings. I even included screenshots of that in a previous ticket.

By your own posting, you have been logged in for an average of almost 10 hours a day for 17 months... what type of game play are you actually doing? That's more hours then a full time job. So, the amount of logged in hours you have seems suspicious and looks beyond normal game play to me. But that's just my take with the limited information provded, who knows how ZOS interprets it with full information.

I do all kind of shennanigans all over the place, from looting to dungeons to trials.
And i run also multiple chars with looting all over the places to find blueprints and all that stuff. Takes also quite the time to find stuff that you havent collected yet. Or you can sell to buy as example missing blueprints for furnishing :)
Yea but i am (sadly) also house bound due to disability so got to keep myself entertained one way or another :#
But yea then they could also ask how and why instead of just simple "deny" it without asking for more info to be honest...
Sure i understand it can be not allowed in certain situations or people dont want to answer that, but yea i am not that big of a closed book in that case...

this was not even 2 weeks ago. guy started a similar thread to yours to get zos to override and let them gift. it worked. and within 24 hours they were involved in fraudulent behavior and account was shut down. looks like originally it was turned down not because they hadn't done certain things (like account age, being in guilds, daily activities, etc) but more because of things they did that were red flags. like creating that post, which is probably added to the list of red flags (if it wasn't already)

Just don't ever buy crowns either directly or via ESO+. Send ZOS an email telling them that them limiting your gifting is why you're not going to be spending any money on these things.

If ZOS continues to punish the innocent like this the innocent should at least not be spending their money to be treated unfairly.

If they're like me they're on disability and ESO has, at least did in the past, provide a great, fun and exciting use of time. My numbers look pretty similar to that except it's for about a decade in my case.

I am almost very close to renew my eso+ but with this kind of behavior i am indeed thinking of not spending money for a long long time...

Yea it keeps me entertained while i don't have to think about the disability + the other health issues i am currently fighting with. It is for me "worth" the money i spended, but for this kind of stuff i am kinda regretting it at certain points....

    @SilverBride
I know there are a lot more persons causing it, but the person above a few messages said due to 1 abusing it within 24 hours they prob will not help me with this thread i created (At least i get that out of message, but i could be wrong to don't get me wrong ^^ )
It is how i am reading it but yea... i will see if one of the forum zos members will reply and see what is going on :/

As Kevin stated about that situation:

"We highlight this because a common tactic bad actors use is the power of public forums here and elsewhere: taking advantage of the everyday player’s goodwill to garner public support to be let back in."

@TheDutchChef Just following up here. We have escalated your ticket for a follow up review. Please allow for some time for the investigation.

As others have noted in a previous post, we take these investigations seriously to avoid potential bad actors. So in the meantime, we are going to close this thread while the investigation happens. We’ll follow up after just to let you know if this has been resolved. @TheDutchChef you’ll get a separate follow up as well.
