XBEU anyone else having trouble logging in?

I had a very long load screen while entering Sunport outlaws refuge, it closed the game and Relogged and all was fine. Switched characters and I seem to be in an infinite load screen on the title page

    Could log in, but I can't travel anywhere. Long loading screen, and then I get kicked.

    Xbox EU.

    same login problems, if I can finallay login, problems accessing bank
