After many months of checking out houses its the one I have more or less settled that I want the most. Set in the same city and style as my favorite skyrim house(which is present in ESO but already owned T.T), with lots of water features and a refuge connection. I find myself frustrated at limited availability on it which according to the wiki, was last back before I started playing again last year, indicating roughly 3/4 of a year before its next return.
