Auridon - Depths of Madness quest - is it bugged?

I have to collect various items within the cave for the 'bliss' part of the quest. I can see quest markers but they are in the distance outside of the walls of the cave rather than in the cave, and straying out of the central area causes "quest failed".

Is this one I need to abandon and come back to later when it is fixed, or am I missing something obvious?

UPDATE: OK it is possible to complete, just a little bit odd. I am leaving this note here just in case anyone runs into the same issue. If I try to collect the Lavendercap (which is on the lower level nearest to where you start) first and then head up the passage past it, I get a "quest failed" message. If I go to the upper level via the other passage and collect the other ingredients first, then come back down for the Lavendercap, it works fine. Once I have completed the quest I will use /bug to submit it as a minor issue, as it really ought not to fail due to going round the cave the other way!
Hope this helps anyone else who has a similar problem.

This was weird for me, i collected the first close ingredient lavendercap then failed as i went out of the area i went the other way and failed again

Then i picked the lavendercap and said screw it... went up failed again when i got to the top my quest completed and i was

so i went with it and left lol

I never even collected the other ingredients or made anything it was just done lol

I just did this quest today and had the exact same thing happen as you. Very strange bug.

As a further update, I noticed that this issue appears on the patch notes for the upcoming large patch/content update that is currently being tested by the PTS group, so when that is released to the public hopefully it will be fixed ok

This quest bugged for me this morning when it came time to "Dispel Malevolent Spirit." I first tried to exit the game, waited a full minute before logging back in thinking that this would 'fix' the bug like it has with other bugged quest. No joy.

I then abandoned the quest and started over (a bit of a chore) and it bugged again at the same point.

I 'fixed' the bug by moving a short distance away from the Malevolent Spirit and WALKING one step at a step toward her until the interactive showed up then pressed "E" and the quest progressed and I was finally able to complete it.

I hope this helps everyone else that encounters this same issue.
