The Cursed Skull quest

This quest is broken it tells to take the golden skull but there is no golden skull on the altar.

duckyluckyb16_ESOSoul ShrivenSo. I just ran into this glitch as well, while still in the ritual room I logged out of eso and back in. For me that fixed it, the skull was on the podium and I was able to take it and exit the “cave” Good luck.2

sixlalas✭3/7/2025 Same deal, nothing happening in the Cursed Skull Chamber, no undead popping, cannot reset ritual cylinders. Finally I stepped outside the room and engaged the small named that was too sleepy or slow to bother with previously. Once this named died, I was able to re-enter the ritual cylinder room and freely engage the undead, reset all 4 cylinders, and finally gather the Golden Skull. It appears that sneaking past some bad guys roils quest sensibilities - seen that before.0
