PC NA, at the time of this post, Standard campaign. Not all the time, but several attempts ended up with a blank map and no travel points.

    I had the same issue (also featuring someone who decided to try to flip "Fare"-- when god closes a door he knocks down the keep's walls, etc, etc?):

    This is still happening to my chars on Blackreach PC\NA.

    No campaign update when I look outside of Cyrodiil and when I port in - No wayshrines of map\score updates.

    Same, blackreach campaign on PC NA is broken. No shrines to teleport, no map objectives loading in, etc.

    Can't leave town to get event tickets.

    If you can't leave Blackreach, queue for any Imperial City campaign then queue back for a different campaign in Cyrodiil (not Blackreach).
