There are SERIOUS PROBLEMS with the PCNA servers. This needs to be resolved!

Ever since the maintenance, there have been server issues. Lag, delay and being booted off the server with "An Error Occurred" and then when trying to log in again, being met with a 5-6 hour queue to log in. Whatever your team did yesterday broke something and it needs to be figured out. Call in the experts at Microsoft if you need to, but an MMO lives and dies by its server stability and uptime and right now this one is dying. This needs to be an all hands on deck situation.
Whatever your team is doing is not working. It's time for a change. The game is virtually unplayable for more than 30-40 minutes at a stretch right now.
