Werewolf HA taunt doesn't proc Tremorscale.

Greetings,
The werewolf taunt doesn't proc Tremorscale. In the screenshots below you can see I am a werewolf wearing tremorscale I taunted the dummy for a good amount of time to show that the duneripper had plenty of time to arrive yet never appeared despite being taunted multiple times by me (As a werewolf).

Tank main from 300cp - 1200cp at which point I switched to DPS - I was 100k on every class except werewolf. I cleared 115k on necro, but I am completely done with parsing. My hands won't let me anymore. Lucky there is still heavy attack, arcanist, and werewolf options available. Otherwise I would possibly have to give up eso entirely.

Tank main from 300cp - 1200cp at which point I switched to DPS - I was 100k on every class except werewolf. I cleared 115k on necro, but I am completely done with parsing. My hands won't let me anymore. Lucky there is still heavy attack, arcanist, and werewolf options available. Otherwise I would possibly have to give up eso entirely.

The taunt from a WW heavy attack is not caused by “activating a taunt ability.” It is a passive effect gained from slotting a non-taunt ability. (The ability itself doesn’t taunt. It provides a passive effect to heavy attacks.)3 -

In the mean time you could try the monster set from earthenroot enclave (if you have access to it) as my ww tank can proc it without issue.
