Some people (like me) changed classes which they are not compatible with them when starting ESO. And; probably some people (like me) considered it was an option to change class afterwards in the game but; unfortunately it was not the case. So, I am stuck playing Nightblade Mage because; I maxed lots of skill lines (Thieves' Guild, Mages' Guild, Fighters' Guild, Undaunted, Werewolf, Vampire, Legerdemain, Alchemy, Woodworking, Enchanting, Clothing, Blacksmithing and Provisioning), and completed many missions with it. So, it is really pain to start with a new character and maxing skill lines with it, again. Ofcourse, I will not erase my NB Mage and will use it as crafting char at least but; I would like to have a main char which is also my crafting char at the same time. So, my question is if we should be able to change our class in ESO?
Or maybe we should have a
reincarnation system. When we open a new character with new class, race etc. we want; we can transfer other character's all skill lines (not class specific) and CP points to this new character. After that, our previous character "dies". And, our new character gains "Reincarnation of <erased_character_name>" permanent modifier in character screen. This modifier is just cosmetic, gives neither buff nor debuffs. A character which is a reincarnation cannot be reincarnated, again.
I have reported this thread to be locked, let's continue with
THIS one instead.
