There are style colors now showing as possible for Arcanist skills, such as Fatecarver, but there's no explanation as to how they are earned. Does anyone know how to get these styles?

They were not visible on PTS this round, so it suggests that they will eventually be coming in the Crown Store. But likely not for a while.4 -
