Switched between my tank build and general overland build and found enduring resolve for some reason was able to be equipped to the champion bar with 42 points in it. I thought it was weird because I don't remember the last time I respeced my character. After I equipped it apparently it unequipped my entire blue and red setup on the champion bar and the enduring resolve perk went to -9/50. Don't know why that occurred.

Edit: Discovered that I think my tank build and my overland build was sort of combined together in the champion points. I really don't know what caused it. It was very strange. I switched between both builds again and it fixed it.
