Sprint suddenly stop working

Not sure what causes it but after 15 mins in PvP it just stopped
Roll dodge didn't work, reload UI, only way to fix was relog but I'm not doing that every 15 mins in PvP and end up in queues

✭✭✭My experience has been that when things like this happen it's because the game thinks I'm still blocking or something. Blocking again usually fixes it.
There's also been one or two instances where the keyboard went wonky and either thought one of the buttons was still being held down or a button stops working entirely. In that case, unplug the keyboard for a few seconds and then plug it back in. Similar to turning in writs at rawl'kha (specific example, not the only time it happens) and I can't summon mount until I run on foot all the way back to the blacksmithing area so I can log out next to a writ board.
Yeah, keys sometimes get stuck, but I believe more often the server 'skips a step' and doesn't release from a previous state of engagement.The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.0 -

Zorgon_The_Revenged✭✭✭✭✭I had similar in a PvE main quest on a new character about a week ago. Seemed to come from an NPC archers snare, as a subsequent snare ending allowed me to move faster than a walk again although sprint didn't work until I left the quest instance.0

✭✭✭✭✭one of my characters can run in sneak a lot faster than out of sneak and she has just normal gear - nothing what could make her run like hell in sneak - happens quite often and pretty suddenly to her by no apparent reason. she is even faster than another character who has gear to ignore movement penalty in sneak.
with her i go in sneak and as soon as "hidden" shows she speeds up like crazy. But once detected she is back to normal sneak speed. while running in sneak she stands up like the one with proper gear for this feature - really strange.Edited by Lysette on June 9, 2020 10:06AM0 -

Did you have on the Ring of the Wild Hunt at any point?
This happened to me in a dungeon when I took off the ring. I was unable to sprint until dungeon was over.0 -
