Bad lag spikes constant disconnects

How do I find out if my account is deactivated to cause this? I received an email a couple weeks ago about reactivating my account. My ticket has been ongoing forever without real help and I just want to play and get my money worth on all the crowns and sub I paid for. If I could refund sum I wouldn’t even care about this issue.
