I Stopped Using Spectral Cloak BlackRose Arena Weapons because of New Patch.

Hi, Y'all. I have used Spectral Cloak for quite a while on my Backbar. I have stopped using it after doing some testing with the new Update and Patch Notes regarding not being able to Pre Buff it. This Nerf really did NOT need to be done imo. With my 2 Bar build and running into Packls of Adds especially in dugeons the point of Pre-Buffing a few abilities like Deadly Cloak only makes sense so you're ready for battle. So literally if you Hit Deadly Cloak a split second before battle begins you WILL NOT get the Spectral Cloak buff. So, by the time you realize your into your rotation or the adds are dead anyways. Could i change my rotation to use Deadly Cloak once the battle starts sure i could but why should i have to change it. Also, this is a pointless change that really makes trying to make sure it's up during battle more of a pain then the small value added. Anywhoo Just my 2 cents Cheers! PS... For those who may have overlooked this in Update 38 or did not know here it is in Quotes "Frenzied Momentum and Spectral Cloak: These sets will now only apply their effects if you cast their respective ability requirements while in combat" https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/635069/pc-mac-patch-notes-v9-0-5-necrom-update-38#latest

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
