Cannot log in Xbox NA

The announcements page says:
Welcome to the North American Xbox Certification server.
When I press play it takes me to a create account page or link existing account. I entered the code and it said, link expired or incorrect.
Three more attempts and now has locked me out, with too many attempts, please try again later.
Please fix immediately.

So it’s not just me that can’t log in. My account is linked yet it is telling me I need to create an account or link. Ugh….😩0 -
