PTS Spattering Disjunction set not working

It appears that the Arcanist set, Spattering Disjunction is not working on pts. The 5th piece bonus is slightly different than in the patch notes. Patch notes says “any arcanist ability.” This still says “hit with a snare or immobilize.” Not sure if that means anything. Maybe the pts has an older version?
