Error Message 4.4 - crash at game launch after todays update (solved)

After todays update my game crashes right after clicking on Play in the launcher, after trying again it tells me that my game crashed and that it needs repairs:
After hitting repairs and running to 95% it tells me that it doesn't have the right to create a folder:
Starting the launcher with admin rights didn't help, any tips? And i really don't want to uninstall and reinstall as this would take more than a day.

goboltz✭✭✭If Microsoft One Drive is running, Kill it ! There's a issue where some of the game files in your Documents folder are trying to get Synced , so it locks them , then the launcher can't use them. See if that helps, If so, keep it off or add an exception to make it not look at those folders.
Another Possibility is your AV might do it too ! Stop both, delete the folder it's trying to make & then try again . . .
