Bards Quest Instrumental Triumph how to restart?

Hi all,

Trying to finish the bard line quest in Solitude the one where you collect the 19 instruments. Apparently I must have deleted the Jarlsbane as it's not in my inventory, bank or any boxes. I did find it and went back to double check and it is gone from the original cave location. I cannot find a way to restart this as it's not an actual quest but an achievement. Any ideas?

I'm assuming it is missing as when I'm in the Bards College the interactable spot where it goes is empty and the stone plaque pops up when I click on it. In my actual achievements however it shows as turned in.

Are you sure you're not just mistaking it for a piece of furniture, like I just did?
