Log in Bug / Access Code?

I am not banned. I played for three hours this morning and on coming back I keep getting this message:

But I've waited all day for it, and I have not received it. I also have not received any kind of acknowledgement of the issue, my ticket sits unread and
unresolved. Anyone else with this issue?

Just to add, I have no issue signing into my ESO account and to sign into forums had to change an old password and that took all of three seconds.

Thank you. I spent the entire day doing the list to no avail. Tonight I was about to re download the game, and I decided I would try to change my password AND my Char ID.

And that did for me. Still don't know if I offended someone with the name but I was Onori from game drop. Anyway, Im back in and could be called Flaggerhoggenheader for all I care.

Thank you for your response. It gave me some sad when I thought of how CS was before Microsoft stepped in.

Ah well. again, my thanks and appreciation or else no one would have responded.
